Please note that not all “no cool” calls are considered “emergencies.” “NO HEAT” calls are emergencies, as are certain situations where health or wellness may be endangered.
BRIGGS ELECTRICAL DIVISION
For additional peace of mind, you can add an Electrical Inspection/Maintenance to our Comfort Club program. This service will include: tightening of breakers; testing GFI/GFCI plugs; testing CO and smoke alarms; performing an infrared temperature scan of your main electrical panel for potential hot spots; and a load balance test of your main electrical panel for the best electrical efficiency throughout your home. (Additional $168.00 to your Comfort Club annual plan.)
