I used Briggs Mechanical to install a replacement of my 20 year old central air system. We searched for references as to who to hire and were pleasantly surprised with the employees and installation we received. From the first "sales" visit, Chris did not pressure us and answered all our questions and concerns. Upon installation day, Patrick and Brody performed the install in one day! They were very professional and took COVID precautions as well as full cleanup after installation. We had an issue with our Thermostat which controlled the separate heating system and Pat was able to resolve that issue as well. Thanks to the Briggs team and your outstanding work!

All installation and scheduling was performed on time, clean and efficient. After researching companies to install our new furnace and air conditioner we settled on Briggs Mechanical. It was a good decision. The installers were on time, and very professional as well as pleasant. They were considerate of us - we were working from home that day. After a week, Chris made an appointment to come by and make sure everything was as we expected and see if we had questions. He left with us a notebook full of information (about an inch thick) on the furnace, air conditioner, warrenties, office contact info and so much more. Anything you ever wanted to know.
